Leadership Development and Relationship Building Course

Overall objective : To enable participants to develop their personal leadership skills and build a strong and effective network of relationships within and outside the organization, to enhance influence and cooperation.

Detailed objectives :

2. Develop skills to build trust and credibility with others.
3. Master the art of effective communication and building strong relationships.
4. Dealing with differences and building bridges of cooperation.
5. Use negotiation and persuasion skills to build relationships.
6. Building professional and personal networks to support growth and development.

Target audience : Leaders, managers, employees who deal with partners or clients, and anyone who wants to enhance their leadership skills and build better relationships.
