General objective : To provide trainees with basic knowledge and practices of occupational safety and health, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and to reduce occupational accidents and injuries.

Detailed objectives :

    1. Understand the importance of occupational safety and health and the responsibilities of individuals and organizations.
    2. Identify and evaluate common hazards in the work environment (chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic).
    3. Implement preventive measures and control risks.
    4. Learn the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) and how to choose and use it correctly.
    5. Develop workplace emergency response and evacuation plans.
    6. Spreading awareness of occupational safety and health among workers.

Target audience : All employees in various sectors, supervisors, department managers, and safety officers.

Number of days and hours : 3 days, 18 hours.

Training methods : Interactive lectures, practical workshops to identify risks, video demonstrations, accident case studies, and group exercises.

Assessment methods : short tests, practical exercises to identify risks, assessment of class participation, and a small applied project on safety.
