Crisis and Risk Management Course

Overall objective : To enable participants to understand and apply the principles and methodologies necessary to identify potential risks, prepare for crises, and manage them effectively to ensure business continuity and minimize losses.

1. Understanding the concept of crises, risks and their different types.
2. Identify and assess potential risks in the work environment and institutions.
3. Develop proactive plans for risk management and crisis prevention.
4. Building crisis response teams and defining their roles and responsibilities.
5. Implementing effective communication protocols during crises.
6. Evaluate crisis response and draw lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Target audience : Department managers, supervisors, safety officers, risk management officers, emergency teams, and anyone involved in crisis planning and response.

Number of days and hours : 4 days, 24 hours.

Training methods : Interactive lectures, risk and crisis planning workshops, real-life crisis case studies, simulation exercises, and group discussions.
