Learning Environment Management Course

Overall objective : To provide teachers and educators with the skills necessary to design and manage a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment for active learning and positive interaction among students.

Detailed objectives :

1. Understanding the concept of a comprehensive learning environment and its impact on the educational process.
2. Design and organize learning spaces (classroom, laboratory, library) effectively.
3. Implement effective strategies for managing student behavior in different learning environments.
4. Create a positive classroom culture that promotes cooperation and mutual respect.
5. Using modern technology and tools to support the learning environment.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve the learning environment.

Target group : Teachers, educational supervisors, curriculum designers, and those concerned with managing and developing educational environments.

Number of days and hours : 3 days, 15 hours.

Training methods : environment design workshops, viewing and analyzing videos of successful learning environments, case studies, group exercises, and discussions.

Evaluation methods : project design or improvement of a learning environment, evaluation of group exercises, participation in discussions, and trainer feedback.
