Adolescent Dealing Techniques Course

Overall objective : To provide teachers, parents, and educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the nature of adolescence, deal effectively with adolescent behaviors and challenges, and provide appropriate support.

Detailed objectives :

1. Understanding the psychological, social, and physical changes that adolescents go through.
2. Identify the underlying causes of some adolescent behaviors (rebellion, withdrawal).
3. Developing effective communication and listening skills for adolescents.
4. Implementing strategies to address adolescent behavioral and academic challenges.
5. Building positive relationships based on trust and respect with adolescents.
6. Providing emotional and psychological support and helping to make the right decisions.

Target audience : Teachers, social and psychological specialists in schools, parents, and educators.

Number of days and hours : 2 days, 10 hours.

Training methods : theoretical lectures, practical workshops, case studies of adolescent situations, group discussions, and sharing of personal experiences.

Assessment methods : short theoretical tests, evaluation of practical exercises, participation in discussions and case analysis, and trainer’s notes.
