"Skills" is one of the training support products from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) launched the "Skills" product, one of the training support program's offerings designed to develop the professional and specialized skills of private sector employees, meeting their training needs. The program aims to enhance job stability and empower employees to advance in their careers in line with the evolving demands of the labor market. It targets Saudi nationals working in the private sector, both new and experienced, in collaboration with several leading universities and training institutes. The program's training is divided into general skills and specialized professional skills. General skills encompass behavioral, cognitive, and technical skills, which are linked to communication skills, fostering a strong work culture and ethics, and building organizational capabilities. The HRDF offers the Skills product to Saudi men and women working in the private sector and registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
